Provocative ideas to shape your digital strategy

Here’s a short summary of a talk I gave at Biglight’s Customer Experience Explored event in London.

I came up with the topic in an effort to provoke the audience into thinking differently about the intersection of customers and digital, particularly when Amazon’s presence in  the UK retail and e-commerce space is looming large.
